Return Policy
- It is one of SULA´s objective to have few returns as possible therefore, we request our clients to dully check the items that are being purchased and their sizing. This will help to avoid generating unnecessary waste and to keep the purchase process as a sustainable one.
- Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from sulabeachwear.com
- Returns are eligible within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise must be in original condition.
- Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
Return Process
- The client must cover the return shipping expenses.
- As shipping expenses are covered by the client the refund for returned products will be the total purchase price. There are no refunds covering shipping expenses.

- The client must send an email including pictures of the returned products, shipping guide information, and purchase order number to the following email address: customerservice@sulabeachwear.com
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will check that the items are in their original condition. This will take 5-10 business days.
- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
- You will be informed of your refund via email confirmations.
